vid viiew video with VSM .  Well known worldwide Chef, Wolfgang Puck was at Macy’s Summerlin on Saturday to demonstrate some of his favorite recipes. The audience was able to watch and enjoy the show while get samples of food and drinks. Vegas Scene has the pleasure of meeting the Chef before the show and to sit down and talk about his experience with cooking, his take on Las Vegas and how he spends his time away from the kitchen in Las Vegas. During the show he shared a lot of cooking tips. One of the more common tips he suggested to the audience was in order to get the best flavor and fresh taste from you tomatoes, a common ingredient for most of us in Las Vegas, is to keep them outside when you buy them, and not to refrigerate them. It was a pleasure to interview the Chef. He actually went to the farmers market to buy a lot of the ingredients for the demonstration on Saturday.
