searsuckerIt was a night of blissful and mouthwatering taste for the pallet with fine wine for an evening of great dining fit for royalty. From the aroma of the appetizers, to the entree bursting with flavor from the first taste to the last bite. The environment, atmosphere and ambiance were inviting, friendly and relaxing. It was elegant and classy, a perfect dining place for an evening of romance or a night spent with friends and family for special occasions or just to relax after a hard day's work. The service was kind, very accommodating, and professional and the attention to detail was without a doubt, one of the best in Las Vegas.

The food was full of mouthwatering flavors that would make you close your eyes as you enjoy every bite tasting for every spice and ingredients in every plate that was so wonderfully served with class and elegance. The chef has prepared an amazing menu catering to all kinds of taste and preference for all different people.  As a foodie and being the creative director for Vegas Scene magazine I aspire to creative and new cuisine. It was refreshing to see the passion that went into the food from the idea, the way it was presented and most importantly how it tasted. One of my favorite items on the menu was the calimari steak bites. I suggest you try them if you have the chance to eat at this venue. The calimari was preared in a way I did not expect. The flavor was llike no other calimari I have tasted, spicy and full of flavor like all the food we ate that night. The bone marrow was tender, and had just the right amount of seasoning. 

With a bigger emphasis on entrees and shared plates, the new menu will feature creative twists on New American Classics exclusively tailored to the Las Vegas location.

• Bone marrow with fresno chili bourbon glaze
• Roasted quinoa with spinach, roasted vegetables and romesco
• Pompano with sweet potato slaw, coconut and spicy glaze
• Filet accompanied by butternut squash, green beans and green peppercorn reduction
