Fox Restaurant Concepts’ highly anticipated handcrafted Italian restaurant, is now open at Rampart Commons. The wildly popular culinary experience is the first location in Nevada and has found a new home in the Summerlin community. North Italia redefines the standards for Italian cuisine as chefs start from scratch daily to create handmade pizzas, pastas and more using only the best ingredients.

“Opening our first North Italia in Nevada is a big milestone for Fox Restaurant Concepts,” said Sam Fox, founder of Fox Restaurant Concepts. “We look forward to being part of the Las Vegas community and are excited to show guests our take on irresistible Italian food.”  North Italia’s carefully curated menu features mouthwatering antipasti, salads, pastas, pizzas, main dishes, desserts and more. Signature dishes include Prosciutto Bruschetta with crescenza cheese, grilled asparagus and truffle; Burrata Tortelloni with roasted mushroom, swiss chard, porcini brodo, pecorino and saba; Seasonal Vegetable Salad with butternut squash, brussels sprout, cauliflower, kale, radicchio, pecorino, farro, pistachio, date and white balsamic vinaigrette; Red Wine Glazed Short Rib with heirloom carrot, swiss chard and creamy mascarpone polenta; and The Pig Pizza with DiNapoli San Marzano tomato sauce, spicy pepperoni, soppressata and Italian sausage. With an extensive menu, the Italian eatery offers something for everyone including a delicious Kids Menu. North Italia also features an impressive cocktail, wine and beer list featuring local breweries Tenaya Creek, Joseph James, CraftHaus and more.

The 6,970 square-foot Italian taverna offers guests a charming neighborhood vibe with an open and airy atmosphere. North Italia’s modern design features its signature exhibition kitchen, with its iconic red hood overlooking the elegant dining room and bar that has seating for up to 254 guests, including a spacious outdoor patio with seating for 95.

The Summerlin location is the 12th North Italia in the U.S. with other locations in Arizona, California, Colorado, Kansas and Texas. North Italia is part of Fox Restaurant Concepts’ collection of 14 restaurant brands nationwide including Culinary Dropout and Flower Child. North Italia is located at 1069 S. Rampart Blvd. in Rampart Commons. Open seven days a week, North Italia serves lunch Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. – 4 p.m.; brunch Saturday and Sunday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.; dinner Sunday to Thursday, 4 – 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday, 4 – 11 p.m. Happy hour specials will also be available Monday to Thursday, 3 – 6 p.m. and half price bottles of wine all day on Sundays.
