Vegas Scene Magazine was at the event to see first hand behind the scenes brewery, and taste some of the feature dishes. I have to say the garlic fries were the best I have ever had. The fries were crispy on the outside and moust inside. The chef shared with me the secret t getting the crispy fries is to cook them frozen in olive oil for more flaovor and texture.
