Vegas Scene Experience - Vegas Golden Knights
Vegas Golden Knights Captain Mark Stone

The Vegas Golden Knights hosted a photo opportunity for local media at an all-new mural at the Arts District in Downtown Las Vegas.  The mural, officially completed shortly after the team's victory in the 2023 Stanley Cup Final, features Mark Stone in uniform hoisting the Stanley Cup.

Vegas Scene was at the event to take photos and see up close the captain of the winning team, legendary Mark Stone Vegas Golden Knights.

Stone met and thanked the group of local artists at 4:30 p.m. PT on Thursday, June 22. VSM was invited to cover the meeting and photo opportunity on Thursday, which is located on Main Street near Imperial Avenue in Downtown Las Vegas. The unique mural was painted by artists of all ages, as seen in the photos below. There was a crowd to witness the event as the winning captain of the Vegas Golden Knight showed up casually with family to see firsthand the colorful art and remarkable display on the building near the Arts District Downtown.

The Golden Knights were the most successful expansion franchise in North American professional sports history in 2017-18

and won the Stanley Cup in 2022-23.

Following the team's victory in the 2023 Stanley Cup Final, the Vegas Golden Knights earned two nominations in The 2023 ESPYS. The annual awards ceremony, broadcast live on ABC from Los Angeles, supports ESPN's ongoing commitment to The V Foundation for Cancer Research, launched in 1993 by ESPN in partnership with the late Jim Valvano. The Vegas Golden Knights announced today, June 14, a multi-year partnership Sire Spirits, owned by Grammy and Emmy winner Curtis "50 Cent" Jackson. The collaboration marks the first Official Partnership between Sire Spirits and an NHL franchise.

The multi-year partnership will highlight the award-winning Branson Cognac and Le Chemin du Roi Champagne throughout upcoming seasons. The two spirits will be labeled as The Official Champagne and The Official Cognac of the Vegas Golden Knights. Product from Sire Spirits was in the locker room during the team's celebration as 2023 Stanley Cup Champions. In addition to the brand's presence during home games at T-Mobile Arena and digitally on the team's social platforms, 50 Cent's G-Unity Foundation plans to team with the Vegas Golden Knights Foundation to serve the Las Vegas community. The nonprofit, formed in 2003 by Jackson partners with multiple professional sports teams and works in communities across the United States.
